Skillixy.org – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users may request refunds for digital courses and learning materials purchased on Skillixy.org.
All products are delivered electronically and include 3-Month access from the date of purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be requested only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 10 days of the purchase date

  • The user has accessed less than 50% of the purchased digital materials

  • The user provides accurate and complete information for verification

The Company reserves the right to review account activity before approving any refund request.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, users must email support@skillixy.org and include:

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Purchase date

  • A clear statement requesting a refund

Incomplete or unverifiable requests may cause delays in processing.


3. Refund Approval and Processing

If the refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary by provider but typically take 10–14 business days

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external providers.


4. Termination of Access

Once the refund is processed:

  • All access to purchased content will be revoked immediately

  • This includes lessons, downloadable materials, and all related platform features

Users may not retain or use any refunded digital content.
