How to File a Complaint
To submit a complaint, contact support@skillixy.org with:
- Your name, email address, and account details
- A summary of the issue and the outcome you seek
- Any supporting materials (e.g., screenshots, receipts, or correspondence)
Complaints must be filed within 30 calendar days from the date the issue occurred.
Investigation Procedure
The Company will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and begin reviewing the matter.
All complaints are treated confidentially, and an independent review will be conducted by a designated team member.
Response and Outcome
A response will be provided within 15 business days, outlining findings and any corrective actions. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline.
Dispute Resolution
If the matter cannot be resolved internally, parties may agree to submit the dispute to a mutually acceptable mediation or arbitration service, in accordance with Estonian law.
